Coulee Creek's New Home-Kennel Construction

The new kennel started as a ravine near the driveway.  We removed lots of brush, trees, and stumps to prepare it for the fill.  They hauled  and compacted 65 truckloads of dirt before it started to take shape.

Chuck drew up the plans and Mary Anne supervised the tree removal.  After 950 yards of compacted fill, the the site was ready for the concrete crew.

It took a full day in early May but we finally had our slab ready to go.  Our kennels are Priefert 8 guage wire pre-fabricated panels that snap together and are fastened to the slab with 1/2" anchor bolts.
